I cannot imagine having bought my first house with anyone else. Nicole knew the answers to every question we had, and the questions we didn't even know to ask. If something changed or she found something of interest, she informed us immediately. When we shyly thought about asking for something within the house to be negotiated and included in the purchase, she made it happen with no stress or worry to us.
